X1/Internet Connection issues after fiber line install

After Comcast did some work in my neighborhood upgrading the lines to fiber optic, my X1 box and internet modem has no signal or very poor signal quality. X1 displays error code "RDK-03033 - We are having trouble connecting to the internet" and doesn't do anything else even after physically power-cycling the box.

After the absolute nightmare of getting ahold of a human at support to talk to, I was basically told why I'm out of luck until the coronavirus is gone before I get any help on the matter.

Has anyone else had this issue after the utility lines were upgraded?
