X1-DVR Box Pixelation

We had maintenance in the neighborhood last Thursday 6/27.  The maintenance took down our services for about 6 hours or so, which isn't bad.  But when it came back up our TV in the living room has had pixelation issues.  No other TV/Box has that issue in the house.  I've restarted our box, sent system refreshes via the troubleshooting and restarted our router to no avail.

I've got a tech coming out tomorrow.   But just thought I'd ask here on the forums about something that I've seen happen.

When I unplug or restart my xFi Gateway, the pixelation on our TV stops, like immediately.  Once the gateway is back up, it pixelation comes back right away.

Is there anything I can do here to correct this, or is it best to have the tech look?

@shaunm82, Hello! I hope you are having a great day. How did the tech visit go yesterday? Were they able to resolve the pixelation on your box?

We have the same issue with our Vizio Smartcast QLED TV.  Technician came out and changed the splitter, installed new cable lines, tested everything but we're still having distortion/tiling/flickering/pixilation/interference issues.  He believes we'll need to upgrade to a new DVR box (current version). Awaiting to hear back from Xfinity Support.
