X15 Voice command does not work
On my remote, the voice command was working the first week I had it. Now all of a sudden it doesn't understand. and says "Sorry didn't get that" or "Sorry something is wrong"
It is successfully paired with our tv (volume, mute, channel, etc. all functioning). But it appears to not be 'listening' to voice commands. Any fixes for this?
I did a system refresh, I tried re pair my remote to my box and my tv, I even did a factory reset on my remote and then repair the box and tv and everything works correctly expect the voice command doesn't work

might try new batteries. when you press the Xfinity button does the remote's LED flash red or green or both red/green?

It flashes green, I took the batteries out and nothing changed.

that verifies the remote is RF paired to the set top box and voice should work. press and hold the microphone button and say recordings then let go. does the list of recordings display?

It always says Sorry didn't get that or something's not quite right.

I'm having the same problem. Had not used remote for several weeks. Voice command and up/down channel change does not respond. Green light on. Properly paired. Changed battery. Rebooted modem. I have 3 devices and all perform the same way.
Suggestions?
