X1 Xfinity box for my TV

I have an X1 Xfinity box for my LG TV in my living room. For about the last month, I’ve been having problems with the TV screen freezing occasionally and then I have to reset the Xfinity box. Also, when I access Netflix and start watching a movie, The movie was suddenly silent, and then The screen freezes and goes blank. And again, I have to reset the box however if I use my Amazon fire stick without using the Xfinity box and go to Netflix, it works perfectly.

Should I take my X1 box in to the Xfinity store and have it replaced? I have had this one for well over five years
