X1 wireless cable box crashing
My cable box is crashing all the time and is very unreliable ever since I got the latest wireless cable box. Different error codes all the time. I am so frustrated. Please help

RFK-03117 or XRE-03090 are two of the error codes I often get. There are others too but I didn’t write them down yet

We understand how frustrating it can be to have error codes repeatedly interrupt your viewing experience, especially since this has been happening since receiving your newer wireless TV Box. You’ve come to the right place for help!
For the RFK-03117 error, please make sure the connections to your Wireless Gateway are secure, then restart both the affected TV Box and your Wireless Gateway.
For the XRE-03090 error, please select Try Again when the error appears, make sure your TV connections are secure, and restart the TV Box. You can do this by unplugging it for 1–2 minutes before plugging it back in, or by saying “Restart TV Box” into your Xfinity Voice Remote.
