Stuck in endless loop of 'waiting for SNMP trigger', 'Aquiring Software', 'Failed to aquire URL'

Reboots, starts process again and again and again. Blackhawks game being missed! lol

Swapping it out at your local service center is quickest, you could also have a tech out or have the box sent to you

take the box and power supply brick to an xfinity store or call 800-Comcast and ask them to send a tech to your home to swap out the set top box.
