X1 Stuck on Blue Screen

My X1 box is stuck on a blue screen saying “Preparing your box for new software...”

I have no status bar but there are DOCSIS status for various things all saying DONE or OK except Registration in Progress has no status. Every time I reboot the box it gets stuck here.

A technician is scheduled to come out in two days. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

There’s no getting past that screen.The equipment needs swapped, either wait for the tech or take it to your local service center to be swapped.
