X1 small box

I'm having a problem with the small X1 box in the living room. The main X1 box is getting all the channels it's suppose to but the small one is not. QVC 2, QVC 3 and Hallmark HD as well as some others will not tune in. A message pops up and says the box can't pick up the channel.

Why is it when I'm paying for the service the small X1 box isn't receiving all the channels we are suppose to be getting?

It has nothing to do with the money that you pay. The error has to do with your 2 pieces of equipment being able to communicate with each other. Generally, it’s a either a problem with your interior cables or a box malfunction and one or both could get swapped. Choose which you would troubleshoot first but chances are greater, it’s your interior cable setup (cable, splitters etc)

The main X1 box is a DVR it is a ..........Pace XG1v1.

The small one is not a DVR it just feeds off the main box.

It was doing fine and getting all channels we are suppose to receive,then the message started popping up.

Check all your cables are tight and in good repair. Try restarting both boxes.Possibly have a tech out when it is safe to do so. Don’t start new threads for the same problem
