X1 signal issues when internet connected

If I unplug my Xfinity internet the tv signal is fine. Once the internet is added to tv splitter/ signal booster the tv picture is very bad.  I  also tried standard splitter and same issue.  Looking for ideas, I have replaced hdmi cord and connections look good.
