Hello @ user_08c0c8. Thank you for taking the time to create this post for our Xfinity Community Forums! We understand that recording your favorite shows is important, and it can be very frustrating when that function isn't working as expected. You are in the right place for help. By chance, have you checked to ensure that you have DVR storage space remaining to record the upcoming shows?
I seem to be having a similar problem. Two programs scheduled for recording on 8/7 and again on PBS on 8/14 were no longer scheduled. Other programs on these same dates are fine. I happened upon this situation when looking at the Upcoming episodes tab. I then went into the grid and re-established series recordings. The grid now looks fine, but the Upcoming episodes tab still does NOT show that the episodes should record. For Comcast, my DVR is only 37% full.

@XfinityOrlandoM That isn't the case! When it does occasionally occur, there is a clear message informing you of what won't record. Since I commented on this issue a few days ago I've also noted some strange DVR behavior. Those same two programs now show as being recorded on the grid, but NOT in the Upcoming episodes, even after I did a DVR system refresh. However they show up properly using the stream app. There is something wrong with the DVR programming.
That is definitely odd, just to recap and make sure I fully understand your issue, when you schedule a recording it does not show as a scheduled recording, but it does record and is able to be played back after the show has aired?
Not quite. The programs show up in Scheduled recordings, but in Upcoming, they are not marked as scheduled like all others are. It is only a problem right now with Grandchester and Cobra on PBS, channel 808. All other scheduled recordings show up correctly in the Upcoming tab.
let’s have try a hard reset on your DVR box, this something I do a lot when I am having issues with recording or launching apps, what you do is unplug the power cord from the back of the cable box for 5 minutes, then plug it back in, this will preform a hard reset and generally resolves most issues, try that & let me know that cleared up the issues
