X1 Satellite TV Boxes Error Code XRE-03062

I have 3 TV boxes, the main box seems to be fine, the two wireless satellite X1 boxes are either stuck on one channel or only show a few channels and every other channel you get XRE-03062.  I've restarted both boxes multiple times.  I've restarted my main DVR TV box.  I've done a system refresh.  I've restarted my Home Gateway.  I don't know what else to do.  Trouble started last night and continuing this morning.

I'm sorry to hear about these issues, @ventruejusticar, but I appreciate you already taking some steps to try and troubleshoot. We can dig in a littl deeper to try and get this resolved, but we'll need a little more information. Could you send us a DM to get started?

@XfinityTimothy​ Not sure I DM'ed the right account.  I haven't received a response yet.  I just used the same account from the last time I received tech support via DM.  When I look for Xfinity Support by creating a new message, I scroll and scroll but can't find the account Xfinity Support.

The issue has returned and I've rejoined the DM to get another fix but been waiting now for 2 hours.

I spent 2-3 hours in DM with the forum's tech support and 10-15 mins after they had tried everything and had created a ticket to escalate the issue forward the problem was eliminated by whatever actions they took.  I don't know what they did as I was not informed.
