X1 On Demand not working on main X1 box XG1v3

Recently last night I had paused a recording then came back to finish it. While I had finished my show, I started another show but on demand didnt work. I got the error code

"xre 22 srm 8101" With a message telling me to restart the box, I chose to restart it and the box did not restart. The message even stated the problem was on Xfinity's end. No matter what all troubleshooting I have done, it does not fix the problem.

I would also like to add that the slave boxes that you get to piggy back of the main DVR works with On Demand. The problem is only the main X1 box.

What can I do to fix this?

Did you try pulling power? On Demand is accessed 2 different ways through the 2 different boxes that’s why one box has the error and the other doesn’t. You may have to call in to technical support if it continues

By pulling the power, I assume you mean pulling the power adapter from the box. If so, then yes. I even did a system refreseh as well. I am not sure what caused this as I have not changed nothing.

Well the problem is fixed now. I had to do several reboots of the box manually. But now I have my On Demand service restored. I did several reboots by pulling the power cord out.

I am marking this as solved for now!
