Customer support has not helped. It says go to myaccount for information,  but no info there.

according to this article: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-errorcode-xre-03007-stb-is-in-suspended-mode

 

The box is in suspend mode.  If the issue continues, check with the Billing Dept.
