X1 Netflix help

My Netflix app on X1 box says no internet found.  I have reset cleared saved accounts  powered the box 4 times  same issues. Just started2 days ago. Netflix  works  on roku and all other X1 apps work fine. Paramount plus. Amazon. Hulu. HBO max. Also peacock now will not work on X1 box. All I get is welcome screen cannot load any show  help please

Try a System Refresh. Hit the A Button on your Xfinity Remote and select System Refresh.

@Tek​ I appreciate your responses. I tried calling Comcast support. They refuse to answer as human beings. Only bots that cannot help  sign of the times

I suggest you call Xfinity support. You said you rebooted the box. Not a system refresh.

Just tried another system refresh. Now some dvr recordings will not play. On demand doesn’t work either

@applehazar​ If that is the case you have system signal issues, which will likely require a technician visit. 

That would explain why the Netflix app isn't getting a internet signal.

Finally got through to a live person. After an hour of doing the same things I had already done she decided my x1 box may have a blown mother board   As I said everything works fine with roku so it’s not an internet issue. Anyways I am swapping the box which is now very old next week.  Thanks for all the replies. I think I may now qualify as a technician lol  😆
