X1 Interface and Guide Sluggish
Noticed lately the guide and X1 menu's are very slow. 136.0.0 Release version with my 4k X1 box. Anyone else have this issue? I did do the Restart and still the same.

We are having the same problem (I'm visiting my family and they have one of these boxes; I live across town from them and have my own Comcast account WITHOUT the X1 box). This unexplained phenomenon just started this morning (Sunday, Sept 12, 2021) ! I'm unsure of which particular box make/model they have and I'm also unsure if which software version it might but using. But as recently as one or two days ago (Friday, 9-9-2021) it actually worked great, just like it has done FOR YEARS. No problems as recently as two days ago. Nobody has touched the coaxial cables during these last two days (as I was reading on older posts about this subject that the idea of weak signals through the coaxial cables and/or signal noise through them is often the culprit of why this happens), and my father has tried power cycling the box several times and has swapped batteries in remotes a couple times; yet, the problem persists even after all this. My family members live in an actual house that they own, so therefore, nobody likely had any chance to mess with or screw up (not even by accident) the coaxial wires during these last two days, and it honestly sounds a lot like a problem on Comcast's end (I'm glad to see that "it isn't just us" that's having this issue).

Working fine or back to normal this morning. Maybe it Refreshed overnight.
