X1 Guide Freezing
Lately my Guide has been getting stuck when scrolling up and down or very sluggish. All my connections inside are tight. Just happened recently maybe last 2 weeks. Did a Restart and still happened. Also get message on screen that my Internet may not be connected but it is connected. Could it be the cable box? Using XG1v4.

It's certainly possible your XG1v4 cable box could be the cause, as hardware can sometimes develop issues, or there might be a signal problem to that specific box.
To help me figure out what's going on, could you tell me a little more?
Does this freezing happen on all of your X1 boxes, or just the XG1v4?
When you get the "Internet may not be connected" message, are other devices still able to use the internet?
Does the issue happen at certain times or when you're doing something specific?
