X1 DVR percent used and recording count is incorrect

Hi all,

Regarding the % Full/Recordings indicator at the top right of the "Xfinity > Saved > Recordings" screen. About a week ago, our X1 started showing 88% full and 117 recordings but we had nowhere near that many recordings. Adding or deleting recordings changed the recording count but not the % used. Got tired of it tonight and tried to fix the problem. Did the following: In Recordings, deleted everything we had recorded. In Recently Deleted, permanently deleted everything there. The Recordings screen now says "There are no recordings that match", so there is no longer anything recorded. After deletions, the indicator changed to 76% full and 93 recordings. Next, in "Xfinity > Saved > Scheduled" deleted everything we had scheduled - no change. Cleared the local data cache - no change. Did a "Sync DVR" - no change. Did a System Refresh. After the refresh the indicator shows 63% full and 78 recordings. Did a Restart, no change. I cannot think of anything else to try. Is it time to exchange the box?

TIA, Charlie
