X1 DVR not recording series

As of 2 days ago, our DVR "scheduled" list was no longer there, it had disappeared. Instead it said "no recordings set for the next 14 days". I tried re-setting some of our regurlar show series, it didn't work.  Going under "record options", then "all episodes", the page to confirm shows the title of the show, then says underneath "currently internet content isn't recordable", I still push "Confirm". and it doesn't register - the page just goes away and no recordings are set  in the "scheduled" page. When I do the same thing with the "just this episode" choice, it works. So can only record shows one at a time.

I spoke with a repair tech on the phone, did a dvr reset, everything. She checked it out on her end she could see our normal "scheduled" series list from her end, but it showed they were all "cancelled".
She said she had a few other calls with the same thing from different states, it seems to be a national issue. However, she had no actual cure for the issue yet.
Does anyone know if there is a resolution for this issue on its way?

I had the exact same thing happen! I missed a week of recordings. When I finally realized what was happening, I went to "rerecord" something that should have been on the list - and was - and when I clicked "record", boom, suddenly all of my scheduled recordings were back.
