X1 doesn’t record full shows
Example: We set up a recording of the Jeopardy series, and the show started late then ended early. So we changed the recording options to start 1 minute early and stop 3 minutes late. For the next recording, it started 1 minute early but only recorded 26 minutes total and cut off the end of the show.
The same thing happened with our recording of the evening local news.
How can we get the DVR to record full shows?

Hello and welcome to Comcast @wendelise. I am sorry to hear that your shows are not getting recorded completely. You are in the right place, and we are happy to assist you with this issue. Have you manually restarted the DVR box?
