Hi. I just had a new install with 4 TVs. I think I accidentally ordered the setup without the DVR, so it records in the Cloud (all 4 boxes are the same). Is this the way everyone gets it now? If I have a choice, am I better off switching to the one that records locally? Would I only need to replace one of the 3 with the one with the hard drive? Is there an issue fast-forward & rewind since it's in the cloud (I haven't tested yet as it's in a house I'm moving into)?
I just worked with Customer Service as I don't seem to be able to get to "Series Priority". They told me I got the wrong box and they'd send me one with a DVR. I don't know if they know what they are talking about. I'm coming from years of DirecTV, so I'm trying to see if there's a way to see if there's something like "Series Manager".
