X1 Cloud

Hi. I just had a new install with 4 TVs. I think I accidentally ordered the setup without the DVR, so it records in the Cloud (all 4 boxes are the same). Is this the way everyone gets it now? If I have a choice, am I better off switching to the one that records locally? Would I only need to replace one of the 3 with the one with the hard drive? Is there an issue fast-forward & rewind since it's in the cloud (I haven't tested yet as it's in a house I'm moving into)?

I just worked with Customer Service as I don't seem to be able to get to "Series Priority". They told me I got the wrong box and they'd send me one with a DVR. I don't know if they know what they are talking about. I'm coming from years of DirecTV, so I'm trying to see if there's a way to see if there's something like "Series Manager".

We definitely want to make sure your services are best fitting your needs so we would love to set you up with an in-home DVR. 

You would benefit from more DVR space and can still have the same trick-play functions you have now. Given your description, it may just as simple as replacing one of your boxes with the DVR but we would need to take a closer look just to make sure.
