X1 broadcast and steaming signal drops
We have been experiencing audio and video " glitches" for several months. I've contacted both the phone support system and the assistant through the app. I've reset, restarted, unplugged, re-plugged my STB so many times it's going to sue for abuse. I still can't get an actual human to respond.
I have a video of this occurring on broadcast TV and may also have one of it occurring on one of the streaming apps (HBOMax I think).
I need to have this addressed immediately. I'm paying you too much money to endure this viewing experience.
I am a cable industry person. I understand the HFC network and the RF signal properties that bring this into our homes, so please don't tell ne to unplug my STB for the 50th time.

Hello nburmylo. Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with us here on our Xfinity Forums. I'm so sorry to read of the trouble you have been dealing with for your TV services. With all the resets to the cable box and troubleshooting steps we should have set up a repair visit with you as it seems there could be an issue with the RF signal, or the cable box itself.
I am happy to have this set up immediately, and I will work with you until we find the right solution.
