X1 boxes not working
My parents had Xfinity cable and Internet installed yesterday. Today we went to the local store to order a 3rd box and upgrade the content package. When we got home, the 2 existing boxes are failing with RDK-03036 even after multiple tightenings and restarts, and the Xfinity Stream app has a DNS Lookup Failure
