X1 box

I'm new to xfinity cable tv. I've had issues with xfinity sending an x1 receiver kit to my house. The first time there was an error and nothing was sent, the second time I received just a remote, the third time I received a tiny little box not the x1 DVR cable box setup like I was supposed to. I set this up almost a month ago and still don't have the correct equipment.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
