X1 box XiD-C Sports App slow opening and guide is real buggy(lagging)

Just recently I have noticed the guide is all of a sudden real buggy. Also, I noticed today the sports app takes forever to open. Sports app is a must have and its on my last nerve taking forever to open. I have done a complete refresh to my box and also a complete refresh of the whole system in my house. Refresh meaning I turned off this X1 in question and also removed power source for 20 seconds. Complete system refresh meaning from the Comcast website logged in on my account. I have that little square X1 box model: CXD01ANI both downstairs and in master bedroom which is the box im refering to at this time. Anyone else have the buggy issues?

11 Views but not 1 reply? Is that one of those deals of "Not my problem so I wont say nothing"? I find it hard to believe not 1 caring person.
