X1 box won’t turn on

My X1 box will not turn on. I can hear the fan turning but the blue light/power button or any other lights will not turn on. My tv doesn’t even recognize it as being there. Tried unplugging for 30 seconds and pressing power button for 10 seconds. Can’t find a number to call and online chat was just stuck in a loop because this wasn’t on of the problem issues listed. Any help would be very much appreciated

I've had 2 set top boxes that did that. swap out at your local xfinity store. keep your 'old' remote they don't want/need it. be sure to use new power supply with new box.
