X1 box stuck on Welcome screen

I have tried rebooting multiple times and it’s still stuck. I’ve tried sending a signal and it says it can detect the box. I’ve checked all of the connections too. The light flashes blue, then just turns odd.
Has this happened to anyone else?

@ComcastMorgan I still don't see the option.  I've looked under My Settings, Preferences and there is nothing there to make sure I can PM.

@ComcastMorgan I can't seem to find where to PM you.  I've logged into Community, but I don't see a message box.

Thanks for clarifying. If you're signed in to your Forums profile and because you have already posted to the public page, you should have the option to do so. After clicking on one of our names, do you happen to see the "Send a message" button in the top right corner?

No, I don't have the Send Message.  I've tried accessing the forums from different computers/devices and none of them are showing Send Message.
