X1 box stuck on "Welcome. Bienvenido. Bienvenue." No support option allows me to speak with agent
One of my X1 boxes is stuck on "Welcome. Bienvenido. Bienvenue." The main X1 box and another in the house still work. I've restarted it and also allowed the automated support to restart it. Afterward, it asks if I want to speak with an agent but then tells me I can't because of technical issues.
Why are there are no support options that allow me to speak or chat with an agent? I have a dead X1 box and can't do anything about it.
