X1 box stuck on "Welcome. Bienvenido. Bienvenue." No support option allows me to speak with agent

One of my X1 boxes is stuck on "Welcome. Bienvenido. Bienvenue." The main X1 box and another in the house still work. I've restarted it and also allowed the automated support to restart it. Afterward, it asks if I want to speak with an agent but then tells me I can't because of technical issues.

Why are there are no support options that allow me to speak or chat with an agent? I have a dead X1 box and can't do anything about it.

I returned the box for a new one at the Xfinity store and it's working now.

It had been a working for a few years but I turned the TV on one day and it was stuck on that screen.

Despite getting a notice both in chat and on the phone that I would not be receiving a call back, I did get a call from an agent about 90 minutes later.  They said I would need to return the box to an Xfinity store and found the closest one that was still open (the 2 closest are temporarily closed).
