X-1 box setup with old separate AV connections

I have old XG1-P box over 10 years and need to upgrade to new X-1 box that has no audio outputs, but my current set up has all audio connections separate. How do I set up the new box that does not have audio outputs in order to get my home theater system working properly?

My AV theatre system is complex and was installed 20 years ago and the wiring is difficult to access.

Thank you for reaching out @user_f9d61f. Have you looked into adapters for the different connections needed for your home theater system?

Any chance I can reach out to you as I have questions and am not familiar with how my AV system was originally set up 15 years ago

Not sure what specific adapters you are referring to

Can I arrange for a Comcast tech to setup the new boxes so that my external home theatre system will function also?

@user_f9d61f I was a bit upset when the new boxes being provided no longer offered the additional A/V connections, but there is the XG2 that shows a composite cable connection is still available as well as an optical cable for audio. Is your current cable box a DVR or non DVR?
It's possible to have a technician out to install the cable box, however they may not be able to connect the A/V equipment. With the advances in technology we opted to upgrade to a sound bar with a subwoofer and wireless speakers. It was costly, but truly worth it since we essentially just needed to plug them in and connect them to the network.
