X1 Box Model

How do I find out what model of X1 box I have from my online account? I have tried all of the suggestions I found online. A couple of the profile links don't work. I know I can look on the bottom of the box but that is a pain in my TV stand.

jmaninpgh Thanks for posting on our Forums. There is a sticker on all equipment that would provide the serial number for the box, and should advise what model it is as well.

Go to Settings/About.  It shows the STB Version.  Type the first part of that into Google and you should get the box model.

My STB version starts with AX014AN, which correctly produces XG1v4 in a Google search.
