X1 Box keeps freezing

Live TV, only on my bedroom box, freezes several times a day for the last few weeks. How can I fix? It's super annoying

@ComcastAldrik - No error code or message. Image just freezes and sound stops

Can't change channels, turn up volume, mute, etc. It's frozen.
