X1 box is stuck on “select your language”

I’m stuck on the screen that states “select your language”, my remote won’t do anything. I have already done the a+d buttons with the password which turned it blue. But once I clicked it went bad to red

Try unpairing the remote and try again.

Unpaired successfully. Screen is still stuck on "Select your language" and now remote no longer works... have tried to re-pair but screen will not change.

That worked!! Thank you, I did the same thing like 20 times but I never aimed it to the box must of worked now 🙂 thank you
