X1 box is horrible
It is so slow changing channels and is constantly freezing. Originally had the hard wired boxes but they didn’t work. Service tech came out and said the cable line would have to be reinstalled and talked me into swapping for the wireless boxes. I even asked “are the wireless boxes reliable? Any stalling issues?” He said no, they’re way better. Now I’m going to have to call for service again and take vacation hours to be home to have them rewire the cable. And trying to get a live agent on the phone is the most frustrating thing ever!!! Not a happy 1st time Xfinity customer.
