X1 box blue light blinking, so no TV in that one bedroom
Rebooted and disconnected/reconnected several times, no signal detected. Restarted router box also, no different. I suspect that X1 box has gone bad for some reason.

Hello @tb66 it's possible that box or cable outlet is not working. Is the X1 box a wireless box or does it connect to a cable outlet on the wall? Something you can always do is bypass power strips and try another electrical outlet as well. Occasionally this is a power issue. If the box remains offline, we can try exchanging it or scheduling an appointment.
