X1 app audio is now only DD 2.0!

I noticed yesterday and today that for the X1 apps like Netflix, HBOMax, etc... that the audio is now only DD 2.0. I do get DD 5.1 on QAM channels, and DD+5.1 on IP channels.
The only change I can tell is that the X1 software updated to 129.1.0 on Saturday, April 17. I also had a firmware update on my XG1v4 to 4.6p10 (from 4.6p5) on April 13, but I think the audio was correct after that.

When watching regular tv with X1 xg1v4 4k box I notice that some channels are 2.0 Dolby Digital and others are 5.1 Dolby Digital or plus. Is this correct that not all channels are in 5.1 Dolby? Also do you know if I should have eARC enabled on my a 4k tv with 4k sound bar when comcast only has Dolby sound basically does it makes a difference for only having ARC enabled?

Most HD is 5.1. You may get 2.0 on some shows or commercials.

To get DD+, go to settings/device settings/audio and change HDMI to Expert. You should get DD+ on IP channels, OnDemand, and, until recently, streaming. Cloud DVR recordings are 2.0.

I am a bit confused right now. It turns out the Netflix title I was testing with, Sysyphus, is apparently only 2.0. It turned out to be PCM 2.0 on my Roku. I checked some other titles and they were 5.1. I thought I had a similar issue with HBOMax, but maybe not.

I do have one issue with X1. On HBO Max, "The Nevers" is 2.0 on X1, but 5.1 on Roku.
