X1 4k Box--Been trying to get one for over 6 months

As the title states, I have been unable to get a X1 4K Box. I have been to a couple of different Xfinity stores around my area and they were of no assistance. Also, when I upgraded to unlimited data, I was sent a new xFi gateway and allegedly was going to be sent the X1 4K box with it. However, I only received the xFi gateway obviously. Can someone please help out with this please? Thanks

The support team can get you one here. They don't have the 4K boxes in the store anymore due to shortages.

They will mail you one.
