X1 4K box

I have not been unable to find where to request an upgrade my current X1 box to a X1 4K box.  Where on the website or on Xfinity app do I make this request?  Only thing that chat assistant does is provide a more info button then tell me the easiest way to order is to request online with a link back to the chat assistant.

Finally found an xfitinty number to call.  No longer need assistance getting a 4k box.
