Would like to order a XG1v4 Getting Started kit
I am a long time existing Comcast customer and would like to order a XG1v4 Getting Started kit for my main 4K TV. I have searched the posts and tried some of the responses, but none of them seem to work for me.

Hello, @user_tyahwu1 . Thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums, you have contacted the right place with getting assistance to get a 4K set-top box. I know that when checking on xfinity.com, equipment options may not be available to have one sent out.
If you're ever out and about, you can always check to see if there is a Xfinity service center near you. Equipment is normally available there, but inventory can change depending on how busy they are: https://www.xfinity.com/support/store-selector.
To assist with new equipment I will need to authenticate your account, would you please send a direct message.
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address.
