Wireless TV box won't come back on after power surge
We had a power surge earlier today and while the internet is working, the bottom two lights on the modem are constantly blinking and the wireless TV box won't come back on. I've done all the steps to try and make it work again. I've also tried getting the box reset remotely and nothing works. I'm elderly and live alone so my TV is very important to me. Can someone offer any suggestions or help?!??

We can try some additional troubleshooting steps. Have you tried power cycling your modem yet? You can power cycle your modem by following the instructions on our website here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/troubleshooting-your-cable-modem. Can you also confirm that all of your cable connections are tight and if there is a light on your TV box?
