Wireless boxes

I have my main box that is working but the other 2 wireless boxes stopped working.

I unplugged both for 5 mins and did a restart of both boxes on the app.

I also did a system refresh but that did nothing.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

@user_cymcw4 I am sorry to hear of the issues you are having. Have you made any changes to your account that may have removed the boxes from the account? I want to make sure we are respecting your time and not repeat the steps you have taken previously. What additional troubleshooting steps have you taken outside a system refresh?
