Why is my x1 so slow to change channels?

X1 is very slow.  when going to "last channel".... takes forever. when going to "guide".... takes forever.. everything takes way too long.

Also.... takes too many clicks;

- when going to last channel, requires 2 clicks, used to be one

- when changing channels... requires 2 clicks, which is really annoying. used to be one

- Used to be able to 'see" (pip) your current station, when in the "guide".  Now cannot. annoying

Hi there! This is definitely not the kind of experience we want our customers to have with us. We'll check on this right away and will do the best possible for you. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this box issue.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

-Click "Sign In" if necessary

-Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

-Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

-The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it. Thanks!

I no longer work for Comcast.
