Why is my service so horrible?

My picutre and sound fade in and out about 60% of the time.  I have tried to copy and paste a few photos but to no avail.  I've complained, tried and tried the AI assistant, to no avail.  xfinity sucks.  It is the worst service, with the exception of their customer service. That tops the list. It is absolutely ridiculosly insulting, a waste of time and so darn frustrating.  Are there any live beings that work there ?

Hello, @user_yjwttl how are you? Have you tried resetting your cable box, bypassing splitters if needed and trying a second HDMI cord? If you have done all the troubleshooting we can take steps to schedule an appointment.
