Why does the Help screen keep popping up? I hit exit, it clears, then a few seconds later the Help screen pops back up.

The help screen keeps popping up. I exit out of the screen, but it pops up again. The remote works, but I noticed the remote light around the buttons does not go off, but pulsates. The light at the top of the remote flashes white
