Why does my X1 cable keep going down??
Our x1 cable keeps going down — esp late night / very early morning. Says ‘no outage,’ but seems work is being done somewhere & is becoming a pattern! With the amount of money we spend for our services, the very least Comcast/Xfinity could do is let us know our service is under maintenance & not ignore us like [Edited: "Language"]! There is ZERO customer service; the app gives us less info than it did before; and THE AI CHAT BOT [Edited: "Language"]! Its all a complete waste of my time & I WANT A MONTH’S WORTH OF MY MONEY REFUNDED! Im sick if Xfinity’s [Edited: "Language"]!

Hello, @DMG_NJ I would like to look into these service interruptions and assist in troubleshooting. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:
1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
