Why does Comcast keep wrongly telling me that I can only record 60 Hours?

Why does Comcast keep wrongly telling me that I can only record 60 Hours? I currently have over 120 hours recorded and it says the box is only 55% full. I have no problems adding recordings without losing anything that is recorded already.

Did you swap a box? 60 hours is what’s available in the cloud not your personal dvr
