Why did my DVR plan change from 6 simultaneous recordings to 2?
I have been able to record more than 2 programs for several years with my plan; all of a sudden I can only record 2 and the ones I already had scheduled are now showing conflicts. How do I get my DVR plan back?

It sounds like you might be on our Cloud DVR lite plan, that only provides 2 recordings at a time. We can easily explore the option to get you back to more at once recordings.
Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

They want more money from you, so you need to "upgrade". Having the same problem on my end.. honestly ridiculous
