What boxes and how did they do that? We have two XG1v4 4K boxes and two of the small companion boxes and none of them has an external internet connection.

We have been moving to just using the Xi6 wireless TV box for all TVs. Those boxes are wireless so use the internet to connect instead of coaxial cable. Did the technician change the TV boxes to those during your visit?
