Try unplugging the box power cord for a minute or so and try again. If that doesn't correct the problem you'll have to swap out the box.

The card is probably a plug-in card (probably inside the box) that is just a memory card to use as a buffer. Either there is a software glitch, it failed, or it physically came loose. If a reboot doesn't fix it, then as noted, the box may need to be replaced.

Hi ronmac7777, the information that (BruceW) shared is correct. Try rebooting the cable box. If you get the same error then we will need to swap out the equipment. The "instant replay" card isn't a physical card that you can remove with your hands so if the issue persist then we will need to replace the box. Feel free to reach back out to me here if you need anything else.

We are having the same problem. We have tried rebooting restarting and many other things. I was told today there is nothing wrong with my system, and they are sending a new remote. How could it possibly be the remote? I asked about swapping out my equipment and they said that’s not necessary. This problem has been going on a long time, with more than one phone call about it. I was told that this problem has NEVER been reported before! It would be nice to talk to somebody who knew what they were talking about.

The first time I spoke to someone, they said it would be about an hour and the problem would be fixed. When I asked what to do if it isn’t, I was told that “guaranteed” it would be. It wasn’t……

Maybe I need to check into other places for these services.
