We've been watching Netfix since 2020. Today clicking on it with our remote does nothing. WHY???

We've been watching Netflix since 2020. Today, although the Netflix logo is on my TV, when I click on it, NOTHING happens. I've now been trying for three hours. I got it on my laptop, but I cannot get Netflix on my TV cable box to activate, as last night when we went to bed.
