Was given a XG2v2 instead of a XG1v4

I had a tech come to the house today when I was not home. My wife was home but not really the tech person in the family. He gave us a XG2v2 tv box from what I am reading online this is an older box and not cable of showing 4k content correct? If that is the case I am looking to replace it with a XG1v4 to take advantage of our 4k TV. I have tried to find the support chat section but cant seem to locate a physical person to talk to. Could someone point me in the right direction or do I have to go into an Xfinity store?

Thank you for reaching out to us @PhillySports101! Due to limited supply, the technician may not have had one available to install during the appointment. No worries, our team can definitely get one shipped! Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

@XfinityAldrik , we are in the same boat; we requested a 4k box (we wanted the XG1v4) but we instead received the XG2v2. I'd like to request the 4k box too, but I can't seem to find the "Direct Messaging" icon in the forum. Can you help me figure out a way to reach a human being to get a hold of the XG1v4 box?
